Your Excellency,
Following the horrific terrorists attacks that have cost the lives to more than 120 innocent citizens of Paris on November 13, 2015 we would like to convey to you and to the families of the victims our sincere condolences.
These unimaginable acts of terror that were carried out by extremists, followers of the Islamic State, constitute a blunt insult to the most fundamental principles of humanity and cannot be justified by any ideology or religion.
As part of the World Jewry that has been targeted, time and again, by such terrorist attacks, we stand by your side in solidarity, hoping that France and Europe as a whole, will find the way to overcome this unprecedented tragedy.
